Fan made character with her pet chao

Honestly this is my first time drawing sonic fan-made character on paint.(No blur,just two layers of tones)So if there's any improvement i need on my drawings and colourings please correct me.I don't have the slightest idea what to call her ._.ll
Is it okay if someone give me suggestions of names,personality about the character?(srsly I can't think of any T^T)
